Dan’s personal story began in the mid-1990s while Dan was in high school. However, it was not until Dan got to college that he gave his education and studies the attention that they truly deserved. Dan had the privilege of having a college professor his freshman year in college that truly inspired him and provided him with great motivation and coaching during his formative college years.
After giving his education and studies the attention that they truly deserved, Dan went on to earn three degrees at three very well-respected universities. First, he earned an Associate of Arts degree at Holy Cross College in Liberal Arts. Next, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in History and English. Finally, Dan earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, and focused his legal studies in estate planning, taxation, securities law, and transactional law.
Dan’s journey that began with his privilege of having a great life coach as a college professor made him realize the importance of everyone having a great coach in their lives to protect their family and take their business to the next level. It is for this reason, that Dan focuses his legal practice in the areas of estate planning, business law, and elder law so that he can be the coach to his clients, provide them with the legal guidance necessary to protect their family, help them to achieve prosperity for their families, and take their business to the next level.
Today, Dan owns an exceptional law practice based in Brentwood, Tennessee and serves clients throughout the entire State of Tennessee. Dan resides in Spring Hill with his wife, Catherine, and their children, William and Landon. In his downtime, Dan enjoys running, reading, creative writing, music, and is an enthusiast of American Civil War history. Dan enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, attending college and NFL football games, and watching live music in and around the Nashville area.
Dan’s law practice focuses on helping seniors, families with young children, individuals with disabilities, and small to medium-sized business owners with the legal counseling and coaching necessary to protect their families and take their business to the next level in a highly complex world.
